Our personal and career coaching methodology will take you out of the negative, fearful, hopeless, and helpless place many are currently experiencing to a place of hope, anticipation, excitement, and control. 

 

Our programs are specifically designed to assist in raising an individual’s self-awareness by helping them understand their core strengths, challenges, and underlying motivators so that they are better equipped to make everyday decisions the right ones for themselves.

 

We work with individual to teach them how to raise their emotional intelligence and gain the courage to take the actions that drive their lives forward in the direction they want.

Our personal development program utilises the:

 

  • Hogan HPI - Potential Strengths & Opportunities

  • HDS - Derailment Behaviours and

  • MVPI - Motives, Values, Preferences assessment

plus a comprehensive workbook to move you from insight to making a commitment and taking specific actions.

 

This program can be delivered over five weeks – one hour session per week either online or face-to-face.

Reports

The program delivers a series of reports for a complete understanding of your performance capabilities, challenges, and underlying motivators. 

 

The Assessment series includes multiple development-focused reports:

 

  • Hogan Personality Inventory

  • Hogan Development Survey

  • Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory.

 

Each report offers information regarding the characteristics, competencies, and values that underlie how you approach your relationships both in the workplace and personal. 

  • From Graduates to Senior Executive our assessments and programs will assist individuals in:
